1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the PasCV Developer Team.

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the PasCV service.

2. Description of Service & Educational Disclaimer

PasCV provides career preparation tools, including automated resume readability scoring (ATS scoring), AI-driven optimization suggestions, interactive interview practice simulations, and an application status pipeline tracker.

Educational Outcome Disclaimer

PasCV functions strictly as an educational prep and simulation resource. PasCV DOES NOT guarantee that utilizing our service will result in job offers, interview invitations, or specific salary compensation from any employer.

Hiring and recruitment decisions remain entirely at the sole discretion of the prospective hiring organizations.

3. User Accounts and Security

Certain features require signing in via authorized third-party authentication providers (such as Google Sign-In).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

PasCV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior, abuse system resources, or violate applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

While utilizing the PasCV platform, you agree not to:

•Upload files containing computer viruses, malware, trojans, or malicious code designed to disrupt platform operations.

•Upload content that infringes upon the intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights of any third party.

•Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or launch denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against PasCV infrastructure.

•Abuse API quotas, bypass rate limits, or exploit platform vulnerabilities without disclosing them responsibly to our team.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Intellectual Property: All software, UI/UX designs, trademarks, logos, codebases, and brand assets of PasCV remain the exclusive property of the PasCV Developer Team.

User Document Ownership: You retain complete and unencumbered intellectual property ownership and copyright over your resume documents, personal information, and career materials submitted to PasCV.

6. Limitation of Liability

The PasCV service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the PasCV Developer Team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost employment opportunities, lost profits, or business interruption) arising out of your access to or inability to use the platform.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be addressed amicably through mutual consultation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
